And it is great getting this from another builder who has tested these materials in the industry, and not some legal document writer who's just trying to sell a book! Way to go AL Trellis!5 stars (Found exactly what I couldn't find elsewhere) - I run a Real Estate firm dealing with new homes only. I needed to develop a tracking and building method for my onsite realtors to manage custom constrution. This is the only source I've been able to find that gave me a model to use for custom management. The local library carries one as a reference manual, and I looked at it BEFORE purchasing. Great manual!5 stars (A bargain at twice the price.) - I believe that the dead presidents you spend on this book is one of the best investments you could make as a young business. In effect you are buying many years of research & development that otherwise you would have to do on your own.
